De la participación que le corresponde al municipio de Zipaquirá, recibirá el municipio, para sus obras publicas una cuota equivalente al nueve y un cuarto por ciento (91/4%, y el saldo, o sea una cuota de tres cuartos por ciento (3/4%) del uno por ciento (1%), corresponderá a la diócesis de Zipaquirá, y la recibirá el ordinario de acuerdo con la ley.

Parágrafo

Derogase también los decretos números 0302 de 1954, de febrero 1o., y 2693 de 10 de septiembre de 1954.
