° Prohibese el día 14 de mayo en curso, de las 8 a. mi a las 4 p. m., el tránsito de los ciudadanos de un Municipio a otro. La violación fie este precepto se castigará con arresto hasta de noventa días, que impondrá la autoridad política del respectivo Municipio.
