Prohibición . En ningún caso los valores de financiación colaborativa podrán trasladarse o negociarse en el mercado principal o en el Segundo Mercado. Para los anteriores efectos, se entiende por mercado principal y por Segundo Mercado, los así definidos en el artículo 5.2.3.1.1. del presente Decreto.
