Decreto 1876 de 1998 · por el cual se otorga al Ministerio de Defensa Nacional la facultad de conceder la aprobación previa de los requisitos que determine la Dirección General Marítima para inscribir y otorgar licencia a las personas naturales y jurídicas dedicadas a las actividades marítimas y de los reglamentos para el ejercicio de las mismas.
