El personal civil al servicio de las Fuerzas Militares que en virtud de nuevos nombramientos fuere cambiado de guarnición, tendrá derecho para si a la liquidación de pasajes y auxilio de marcha, y para su familia a los pasajes, desde el lugar en donde hallare prestado servicio hasta la nueva guarnición.
