Embarcaciones de pesca industrial.La actividad de navegación fluvial para la pesca deberá cumplir con las normas reglamentarias establecidas por las autoridades competentes respecto a las embarcaciones, tripulantes y el ejercicio de la actividad pesquera; especialmente en cuanto al uso debido de las áreas fluviales como horarios, luces, señales y seguridad.
