Principios. El procedimiento para otorgar el derecho de uso del Sello debe regirse, durante todas las etapas de desarrollo y operación, por los principios de transparencia, imparcialidad y participación de las partes involucradas. Así mismo, se deberán garantizar tales principios en el registro y documentación de la información correspondiente al otorgamiento, administración y uso del Sello.
