Auxiliase al Colegio de Bachillerato "San José", del Fresno, que desde 1904 viene funcionando en dicho Municipio, para la construcción del edificio, cuyos planos y requisitos llenan las formalidades de la Ley 71 de 1946 , con la suma de doscientos veinte mil pesos ($ 220.000.00). Paragrafo. La Contraloría General de la Republica supervigilara la inversión de este auxilio, y el Colegio "San José" rendirá a esta entidad las cuentas correspondientes.
