La Rama Judicial dentro de los seis (6) meses siguientes a la entrada en vigencia de la presente Ley, se encargará de diseñar e implementar un Plan Estratégico de Superación de Barreras y de Acceso a la justicia en especial para poblaciones rurales, vulnerables y personas con discapacidad.
