Efectos de la conciliación . La conciliación tendrá efectos de cosa juzgada y su cumplimiento se llevará a cabo dentro del término que se hubiere señalado. Vencido dicho término, el acta en que conste la conciliación prestará mérito ejecutivo. (Artículo 38 Decreto 2303 de 1989).
