Art. 58. Los empleados concurrirán á sus respectivas oficinas, ó á los lugares donde deban desempeñar funciones, todos los días no feriados en las horas que se señalen por el Ministro. Deberán, además, concurrir extraordinariamente á otras horas cuando así lo disponga el Ministro, por algún motivo grave de interés público. En las oficinas del Ministerio las horas diarias de despacho serán: de las ocho á las diez (8 á 10) de la mañana, y de las doce del día (12) á las cuatro (4) de la tarde. Los empleados que dejen de concurrir por causa de enfermedad deben presentar al Ministerio excusa escrita con certificado de médico competente para que la falta de asistencia pueda considerarse fundada en causa razonable.
