Concepto de vigencia anterior. Se entiende como vigencia anterior para efectos de la aplicación de la Ley 617 de 2000, el año fiscal inmediatamente anterior a aquel en que se adopta la categoría. Así mismo, los ajustes a las apropiaciones presupuestales debieron incorporarse a partir del presupuesto de la vigencia del año 2001. (Art.3 Decreto 192 de 2001)
