El Gobierno podrá ocupar inmediatamente las edificaciones de propiedad particular comprendidas entre las carreras séptima y octava y las calles séptima y octava, a las cuales se ha hecho referencia en los artículos anteriores; y procederá a indemnizar de acuerdo con la ley a las personas naturales o jurídicas que las ocupaban el 28 de abril de 1948.
