Durante el período de sesiones extraordinarias señalado en el Decreto 225 de 2005 el honorable Congreso de la República se ocupará de los asuntos señalados en el citado decreto y en las normas que lo modifican o adicionan, y la Comisión Primera Constitucional del Senado de la República deberá adicionalmente integrar su mesa directiva.
