Formulación y reglamentación de la Infraestructura y de los Proyectos Turísticos Especiales de Gran Escala (PTE). El Ministerio de Comercio, Industria y Turismo revisará y verificará la propuesta de formulación y reglamentación presentada por el proponente, para lo cual evaluará que el documento cuente con una parte sustancial y otra operativa, en los términos descritos en el artículo 2.2.4.10.2.5. del presente decreto. El Ministerio de Comercio, Industria y Turismo podrá solicitar al proponente todos los insumos que considere pertinentes para el estudio de la formulación y reglamentación del Plan Maestro.
