Entrega de información . El Ministerio de Comercio, Industria y Turismo deberá poner a disposición de la Unidad Administrativa Especial de Gestión Pensional y Contribuciones Parafiscales de la Protección Social (UGPP), las bases de datos, los aplicativos y la información completa relacionada con la función pensional de las Zonas Francas Industriales y Comerciales de Barranquilla, Cartagena y Palmaseca, necesaria para que la UGPP pueda ejercer cabalmente sus funciones.
