Los planes y proyectos de contratos, así como las bases técnicas, tarifas, fórmulas para el cálculo de las cuotas, reservas matemáticas, valores de rescate, participación de beneficios y sorteos de amortización y demás elementos técnicos de las sociedades de que trata esta Ley, deben someterse a la aprobación del Superintendente Bancario, sin la cual no podrán ponerse en vigencia.
