Las Direcciones Territoriales de Salud aplicarán las medidas de seguridad y las sanciones correspondientes de conformidad con lo establecido en los Artículos 576 y siguientes de la Ley 09 de 1979 y de acuerdo con el procedimiento señalado en el Capítulo XIV del Decreto 3075 de 1997 y las normas que lo modifiquen o adicionen o sustituyan.
