º EXIGENCIA O SOLICITUD DE CUOTAS PARA TERRORISMO. Quien por sí, o por interpuesta persona, solicite o exija cuotas pecuniarias o en especie, o de cualquier otra índole, en orden a financiar actividades delictivas previstas en el artículo primero, incurrirá en prisión de cinco (5) a diez (10) años y en multa de cinco (5) a cincuenta (50) salarios mínimos mensuales.
