Notificación de la calificación . La calificación definitiva, producto de las evaluaciones del desempeño laboral, deberá ser notificada personalmente al evaluado, de acuerdo con lo previsto en el Código Contencioso Administrativo, dentro de los cinco (5) días hábiles siguientes a la fecha en que se produzca. La evaluación parcial será comunicada por escrito al evaluado dentro del término previsto en el inciso primero de este artículo.
