Prioridades. De conformidad con lo establecido por los artículos 56, 220 y 234 del Decreto-ley 2811 de 1974, la autoridad ambiental competente, al otorgar permisos o concesiones de aprovechamiento forestal, tendrá en cuenta las siguientes prioridades:

a)

El haber realizado los estudios sobre el área objeto de la solicitud de aprovechamiento forestal;

b)

El haber establecido la plantación forestal industrial sobre el área objeto de la solicitud, y

c)

El tener mayor proporción de capital nacional.
