Agotamiento de existencias de producto . Los productos objeto del presente decreto, podrán agotar sus existencias hasta el cumplimiento de su vida útil informada por el fabricante, con solo notificarlo al INVIMA por medio de un anexo al expediente, por parte del fabricante, titular, importador, donante, receptor, entre otros responsables y sin tener que solicitar autorización de agotamiento.
