º Esta indemnización es incompatible con las pensiones. Bajo ninguna circunstancia un empleado público al servicio del Congreso podrá disfrutar de pensión de jubilación y al mismo tiempo recibir indemnización. Si se paga una indemnización y posteriormente se reclama y obtiene una pensión, el monto cubierto por la indemnización más intereses liquidados a la tasa de interés corriente bancario, se descontará periódicamente de la pensión en el menor número de mesadas legalmente posible.
