Autorizase al Gobierno para que si, previo concepto pericial, se encontrare que el precio pagado en 1907 a los herederos del señor Oreste Sindici por la propiedad artística de la música del himno nacional, no era el que, con mayor conocimiento del asunto, debía pagarse por esa obra y las demás del expresado Maestro, entregue a la heredera de esta la suma que considere conveniente y justa.
