° Modifícanse los artículos 3° del Decreto número 1126 de 1956 y 3° del Decreto 2363 de 1957, en el sentido de que la suma de un millón doscientos sesenta y nueve mil cuatrocientos treinta pesos ($1.269.430.00) moneda corriente, de que dispone el Ministerio de Comunicaciones en poder de la Empresa Nacional de Telecomunicaciones, para los fines previstos en los Decretos antes citados, podrá destinarse igualmente a la adquisición de equipos, repuestos, materiales y otros elementos similares para los servicios telegráficos y radio-telegráficos.
