Reservas. Ningún miembro de la Junta Directiva, funcionario o empleado del Servicio podrá revelar los planes, programas, proyectos o actos que se encuentren en estudio o proceso de adopción, salvo que la Junta Directiva o el Director General hayan autorizado la información, so pena de incurrir en causal de mala conducta.
