Los recaudos por la venta de la estampilla estarán a cargo de la Secretaría de Hacienda Departamental, donde cada Tesorería Municipal y Tesorerías de cada ente descentralizado trasladarán los recursos a la dicha dependencia (secretaria de Hacienda Departamental) para que esta distribuya conforme a la ordenanza que reglamenta la presente ley.
