ARTICULO 1 º Aprobar el Acuerdo número 013 del 28 de febrero de 1994, emanado de la Junta Directiva del Instituto Nacional de Vidas I.N.V., y cuyo texto es el siguiente: Instituto Nacional de Vías I.N.V. ACUERDO NUMERO 013 DE 1994 (febrero 28) "por el cual se suprime algunos cargos de la planta de personal del Distrito de Obras Públicas". La Junta Directiva del Instituto Nacional de Vías, I.N.V., en ejercicio de las facultades que le confiere el numeral 5º del artículo 59 del Decreto 2171 de 1992 y en concordancia con el artículo 4º del Decreto 2093 de 1993 y el numeral 12.5 del artículo 12 del Decreto 2663 de 1993, ACUERDA:
