Artículo tercero. Para la provisión de los cargos en los Organismos de Salubridad Rural, el Ministerio de Higiene tendrá en cuenta el cómputo global de las calificaciones obtenidas durante los estudios profesionales de quienes deban prestar dicho servicio. En caso de empate el orden de escogencia será determinado por la suerte.
