Artículo quinto. Cuando el trabajador reciba a título de remuneración una cantidad de dinero fija y una porción por comisiones o porcentajes, el aumento se hará en proporción a la parte de dinero fija que corresponda al salario total, cuando éste no pase de tres mil pesos ($3.000.00).
