Adiciónese un nuevo artículo al Código Contencioso Administrativo, cuyo texto será el siguiente: Artículo Nuevo 210A. En segunda instancia no se tramitará incidente de regulación de honorarios . Resuelta la apelación, el proceso se remitirá al juez de primera instancia para que lo tramite y decida. En primera y en única instancias el incidente de regulación de honorarios no suspende el proceso y se resuelve como un asunto accesorio.
