Art. 7.° Es prohibido incluir correspondencia que no goce de franquisia dentro de la que, conforme el artículo 581 del Código Fiscal, debe jirar libre de porte por los correros nacionales. Cuando esta disposicion fuere infrinjida, los funcionarios o las autoridades que reciban dentro de la suya correspondencia sujeta al pago de porte, la pasarán a las respectivas estafetas, para que en éstas se entregue a sus rótulos, mediante el pago de doble porte del ordinario.
