ArtÃculo 1º . Objeto y ámbito. El presente decreto tiene por objeto reglamentar la organización y funcionamiento de los programas de educación para el trabajo y el desarrollo humano en el área de idiomas. Las disposiciones contenidas en el presente decreto se aplican a las instituciones prestadoras del servicio educativo de carácter estatal y privado.
