Sinergia territorial es una estrategia institucional, liderada por el Departamento Nacional de Planeación (DNP), cuyo objetivo es brindar asistencia técnica a municipios y departamentos en el diseño, implementación y puesta en marcha de sistemas de seguimiento a sus planes de desarrollo, con el fin de mejorar los ejercicios de rendición de cuentas y la toma de decisiones con base en información cualificada, así como fomentar la transparencia y el buen gobierno.
