LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 2.6.1.1.2.4Declaración de giro y compensación. El Fosyga elaborará la declaración de giro y compensación de cada EPS y EOC, la cual estará constituida por la información de los afiliados que registran las EPS y las EOC en la base de datos de afiliados, la información adicional que remitan estas entidades al Fosyga para surtir el proceso de compensación y la información de pago de aportes de cada EPS y EOC. De igual manera, hará parte de la declaración de giro y compensación, la información remitida al Fosyga para el reconocimiento de las licencias de maternidad y/o paternidad a cargo del Fosyga.
