Pagos no válidos . Los pagos que realice el empleador o trabajador a una entidad o persona diferente de una Entidad Promotora de Salud debidamente autorizada no tendrá efecto frente al Sistema General de Seguridad Social en Salud y no exonera al empleador o trabajador de su obligación frente al Sistema. Esto sin perjuicio de las responsabilidades legales de la entidad o persona que reciba recursos parafiscales sin la debida autorización.
