Contrato de trabajo con las entidades públicas.

1.

El contrato de los trabajadores oficiales con las entidades públicas, correspondientes, deberá constar por escrito.

En dicho contrato se hará constar la fecha desde la cual viene prestando sus servicios el trabajador.

2.

El mencionado contrato se escribirá por triplicado, con la siguiente destinación: un ejemplar para el empleador, otro para el trabajador y uno con destino a la institución de previsión social a la cual quede afiliado el trabajador oficial.
