º Para todos los efectos legales se entiende que la profesión de Bibliotecólogo, reconocida y regulada por la Ley 11 de 1979, es la que académicamente exige estudios regulares en un programa de modalidad de formación universitaria y cuyo título profesional en Bibliotecología habilita para su ejercicio legal, en los términos del artículo 31 del Decreto - ley 80 de 1980.
