Artículo cuarto. El presente Acuerdo rige a partir de la fecha de su expedición, deroga el Acuerdo 42 de 1981 y para su validez requiere la aprobación por decreto del Gobierno Nacional. Comuníquese y cúmplase. Expedido en Popayán, en el Salón del Consejo Superior de la Universidad del Cauca, a los tres (3) días del mes de diciembre de mil novecientos ochenta y uno (1981).
