Modifíquese el tercer inciso del artículo 2.1.1.4.1.5.3 del Decreto número 1077 de 2015, el cual quedará así: “Cuando se presente presunta falsedad en los documentos entregados por el hogar, Fonvivienda dará traslado de las actuaciones realizadas a la Fiscalía General de la Nación, para que se inicien las investigaciones a que haya lugar”.
