Las cantidades ordenadas en esta Ley, serán entregadas a los Tesoreros de las Juntas creadas para este efecto en las ciudades de Ibagué y de Neiva, respectivamente, quedando obligados dichos Tesoreros a rendir cuenta pormenorizada de las inversiones que se hagan, a la Contraloría General de la República.
