El Instituto Geográfico Agustín Codazzi adoptará los sistemas que sean necesarios, desde el punto de vista catastral, para la correcta y oportuna aplicación de la renta presuntiva. Los datos correspondientes se harán conocer ampliamente de los propietarios por intermedio de las Tesorerías Municipales, de las Seccionales de Catastro o de sus Oficinas Delegadas. Iguales medidas se adoptarán para los catastros cuya dirección no dependa del Instituto Geográfico Agustín Codazzi.
