LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 2.2.4.3.2.3. Fortalecimiento de las secretarías técnicas. El Departamento Nacional de Planeación, con cargo a los recursos de funcionamiento del Sistema General de Regalías que le sean asignados, podrá, entre otros gastos, suministrar apoyo para el fortalecimiento de las secretarías técnicas de los órganos colegiados de administración y decisión (OCAD) de acuerdo con lo establecido por la Comisión Rectora.
