El liquidador de la Fundación Ciudad de Cali en Liquidación será la Fiduciaria la Previsora S.A. –Fiduprevisora S.A.– quien deberá suscribir el correspondiente contrato con el Ministerio de Ambiente, Vivienda y Desarrollo Territorial, el cual se pagará con cargo a los recursos de la entidad en liquidación.
