Artículo único. Por haberse suprimido la Prefectura de la Provincia de Obando, autorizase al Alcalde Municipal de Tumaco. Para expedir pasaportes colombianos, de acuerdo con lo dispuesto en el Decreto número 798 de 1941 y por delegación del Gobernador del Departamento de Nariño, en cada caso. Queda así adicionado el artículo 9º del citado Decreto.
