Art. 7. ° El proyecto de ley de Presupuestos nacionales pasara inmediatamente al estudio de la Comisión de Presupuestos que designe la Cámara de Representantes, pudiendo la Comisión Legislativa de Cuentas, de la misma Cámara, á virtud del estudio que haga el proyecto impreso hacer á la de Presupuestos todas las indicaciones y reparos que crea convenientes, dentro de los primeros diez días de las sesiones ordinarias del Congreso.
