Autorízase al Instituto de Fomento Industrial, IFI, para celebrar operaciones de crédito con cooperativas, asociaciones, entidades sin ánimo de lucro y entidades descentralizadas de los entes territoriales, que realicen actividades de financiación de la microempresa y de la pequeña y mediana empresa. La Junta Directiva del Instituto de Fomento Industrial, IFI, fijará las condiciones para la realización de las operaciones aquí autorizadas.
