Por el Ministerio de Hacienda se informará a la Corte de Cuentas del número de estampillas recibidas de la Litografía Nacional y de la distribución que se haga de ellas en cada caso a los Cónsules o Agentes Consulares, para que tengan en cuenta estos datos al examinar las cuentas de los Consulados las Administraciones de Aduanas. Si la Corte encontrare algún cargo que deducir estimará cada estampilla, para este efecto, en el valor de un centavo ($0-01).
