Prima De Navidad

Decreto 2340 de 1971 · Por el cual se reorganiza la carrera de Agentes de la Policía Nacional

Prima de Navidad. Los Agentes de la Policía Nacional en servicio activo tendrán derecho a percibir anualmente del Tesoro Público una Prima de Navidad equivalente a la totalidad de los haberes de actividad que haya devengado el Agente en el mes de noviembre de cada año.

Parágrafo

Cuando el Agente se encuentre en comisión del servicio en el exterior, con permanencia no inferior a veinte (20) días en el mes de diciembre, la Prima de Navidad será del treinta por ciento (30%) del sueldo básico devengado en dólares, a razón de un dólar por cada peso, Y la diferencia será pagada en pesos colombianos.
