Los conductores y choferes que laboran en los organismos a los cuales se les aplica el presente Decreto, tendrán derecho al reconocimiento y pago de horas extras, en los mismos términos del artículo 4º del Decreto 244 de 1981 y del Decreto 1692 de 1996. En todo caso la autorización para laborar en horas extras sólo podrá otorgarse cuando exista disponibilidad presupuestal.
